Seddon is free, with no limit on messages. Gloath Pro is for people who want more: it keeps every chat, backs them up so they're on every device you sign in on, lets you keep your new chats out of training, and gives you new Gloath models and features first. It also helps an independent New Zealand AI company build its own models.

Questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. In Settings, under Plan, choose Manage subscription. Pro carries on until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
What happens to my chats if I cancel?
Nothing is lost. The chats on your devices stay there, and your backup is kept, so it comes back if you return to Pro. You can download it or delete it in Settings, under Plan. On the free plan, once you reach its number of chats, starting a new one asks you to delete an old one first.
Are my chats used to train Gloath's models?
On the free plan, yes: copies of chats help train Gloath's future models. With Pro it's your choice. It's on until you turn it off in Settings, under Data. Turning it off applies to new chats: ones you've already shared stay with Gloath and may already have been used. Shared chats are stored encrypted and filed without your name or email.
Is my backup private?
Yes. Your backup travels over an encrypted connection and is stored encrypted, with the keys kept apart from the storage. It's only there to keep your chats on your devices, and Gloath only opens it when the law requires it or you ask us to, as the privacy policy explains. Turn backup off in Settings and it's deleted.
Are there limits on how much I can chat?
No. Neither plan limits how many messages you send. Pro backup holds up to 1 GB of chats, which is a great many.
What does early access mean?
When a new Gloath model is ready, such as Seddon 1.2 or Tupaia 1.1, Pro members can use it first, before it opens to everyone. Turn on “Try new features first” in Settings, under Plan, to get new features early too.
How do I pay?
By card, on Stripe's secure payment page. Gloath never sees your card number. Prices are in New Zealand dollars; your bank converts them if your card is in another currency.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, in Manage subscription. Stripe works out the difference for you.
